We absolutely loved the hotel. It is a new one, furnished with an amazing stylish and comfortable furniture. The staffs are unbelievable: friendly, helpful and extremely polite. You feel there like you are at home. The bath in the room is marvellous so as the room as a whole.
You can hear the tube trains going under the hotel. It probably would not suit sleep-sensitive people. However, for us it was not an issue.

The hotel is perfectly located in South Kensignton close to everything, i.e. shopping, museums, etc. Queensgate is a very nice, upscale, yet a quiet area. The hotel is extremely well appointed and has a truly luxurious feel to it without the unnecessary bling that is so often used to make up for the lack of good taste. All in all, I would highly recommend the place.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. As in previous reviews, it did not feel like a hotel, but a very beautiful bespoked home, with butler service and attention to detail. Upon arrival our butler advised that as it was our first visit we had been upgraded to a suite, WOW, it was amazing, huge bedroom, lounge, with dining area with Nespresso machine, double bathroom and shower, another WC. with extremely high quality furnishings, and lighting system, a lot of care has been taken into this hotel. The quality of the hotel and staff is exceptional. Certainly the best we have ever stayed in. We will certainly be back, and have already emailed details to friends.
